Welcome to the Boehringer Ingelheim Onboarding Website. On this site you will find ongoing training instructions, materials and resources.
Calendar

  1. Upon login your landing page will display the profile picture, name, job title, division, and last login of regional managers. To the left of the landing page is a side bar with the brand calendars.
  2. To view the calendar menu of a brand, click the plus sign next to their name and the months of the year will expand below.
  3. By clicking on a month, a calendar overview of the lessons in that month will appear on the main page. Use the arrows to the left and right of the calendar to move the previous or next month, respectively.
  4. To view the weeks in a month, click the plus sign next to the month and the weeks will expand below. To close the weeks, click the minus sign next to the month.
  5. By clicking on a week name a calendar overview of the lessons in that week appear on the main page. Use the arrows to the left and right of the calendar to move the previous or next week respectively.
  6. To view the days in a week, click the plus sign next to the week and the days will expand below. To close the days click the minus sign next to the month.
  7. To view the tasks / lessons for a particular day, click on either one in the calendar menu on the left and it will appear on the main screen.
  8. Each day will have a table with columns for representative instructions, representative resources, mentor instructions, mentor resources, manager instructions, manager resources, suggested duration times and completion check-off for each task / lesson.Note: Click the minus signs next to the Representative, Mentor or Manager tabs in the table to collapse the appropriate section.
  9. To view the mentors and representatives of a regional manger, click on the plus sign in the tab below their profile. Profiles of their mentors and representatives will appear below.
  10. When you click on the name of a mentor, a list of their mentorees will appear in the sidebar. When you click on a representative, their calendar menu will appear there with months.
  11. To view the calendar menu of a particular mentoree click on the plus sign next to their name and the months of the year will expand below.
  12. By clicking on a month name (in either a mentor’s or representative’s calendar menu) a calendar overview of the lessons in that month appear on the main page. Use the arrows to the left and right of the calendar to move the previous or next month, respectively.
  13. To view the days in a month, click the plus sign next to the month and the days will expand below. To close the days or mentoree calendar, click the minus sign next to the month or mentoree name.
  14. To view the tasks / lessons for a particular day, click on either in the calendar menu on the left and it will appear on the main screen.
  15. Each day will feature a table with columns for representative instructions, representative resources, mentor instructions, mentor resources, manager instructions, manager resources, suggested duration times and completion check-off for each task / lesson. Note: Click the minus signs next to the Representative, Mentor or Manager tabs in the table to collapse the appropriate section.
  16. Each representative task / lesson, mentor task / lesson, and manager task / lesson can have resources associated with it. To access the resources for a task / lesson, click on the blue arrow for a link or the underlined text to download a resource file.
  17. To return to the profiles page click the Profiles button at the top of the left sidebar.

Add User

  1. To add a user, click on the ADD USER button at the top right of the main landing page.
  2. Enter the name, employee number, job title, email, phone number and start date of the user. Select the user’s division and user role from the drop-down menus.  Check the boxes of the brands the user is associated with.
  3. Once you have finished adding the information, click the SAVE button at the bottom right of the page to add the user or the CANCEL button to delete the information.
  4. You can edit existing users by clicking the edit image (a pencil in a square) next to their names on the Profiles page or in the individual calendar pages.

Report

  1. Click on the Report tab to view user statistics.

Resources

  1. All resources can also be found in the Resources tab at the top right corner of the page. To access the resources for a task / lesson click on the blue arrow for a link or the underlined text to download a resource file.
  2. To download multiple files at once, check boxes to the left of the resources you want to download and then click the DOWNLOAD SELECTED RESOURCES button at the bottom right of the page.

My Account

  1. To edit your profile, click on the My Account tab at the top right corner of the page. You can edit your profile picture, name, job title, and phone number.
  2. To edit your profile picture, click CHOOSE PHOTO under the current picture. From there a pop-up window will open allowing you to find and select an image file.
  3. To edit your name, job title or phone number click on the text box and make any necessary changes.
  4. To change your password, click the CHANGE PASSWORD button at the top right of the page. In the pop-up window that appears, enter the current password, the new password and then the new password again. Click the SAVE button at the bottom right of the pop-up to activate the new password or the CANCEL button to delete any changes.

Once you have finished editing, click the SAVE button at the bottom right of the page to implement the changes or the CANCEL button to delete any changes.
